I ordered the red/navy one thanks to this post! Checked in the Soho Old Navy today and they actually had the XS. I liked the fit! It wasn't cropped and boxy like ON stuff tends to be on me.
I used to eat Chomps and Shot Blocks w/ no problem, but the two times during my current training that I've eaten Chomps halfway through my long runs, I've had terrible stomach issues for hours after. Last week I attributed it to food poisoning from City Bakery, but unless lightening struck twice I don't think pretzel croissants are the culprit. I think I'm going to pack one of the blander-flavored Larabars for runs over 16 miles.
According to Run Less, Run Faster, my marathon pace should be 9:10/mile. I *should* be doing my long runs at MP+45 or so (depending on the week) but I'm consistently at 8:45/mile. Even the last few miles are that pace, or better (8:30). We'll see how the 20milers go :)
